Great gameplay it must be said, and I am referring to the PC version which was feared would be a 'last gen' affair, but has turned out to be the same game with lower grade textures and graphical effects.

HOWEVER!!!

Who is talking about the fact that Konami are forcing legitimate users of their game (at least on PC) to be online in order to allow the game to start? No internet connection, no offline Pro Evo! WTF is actually the complete phucking idiotic thinking behind this? Meanwhile, pirates get to play both offline and online with ease, with a big bunch of unlocked mega players for myClub, which comes courtesy of the crack for the pirate version.

I would have thought that there would have been enough high profile examples of how 'Always On' DRM has proven to be market suicide for Konami to have avoided walking into that particular pitfall, but no. Seems Konami must always do something utterly idiotic with each release. Since they have got the game itself almost spot on this year, I guess they have had to go find other ways to piss all over their boots.

I have bought the STEAM version but have also had to download the pirate version so that I can play offline on my laptop when I want to.........is this how Konami wants legitimate customers to behave?

Man oh man. On 1st impressions FIFA is better than PES but anyone who spends any amount of time playing FIFA 15 and who doesn't come to the conclusion that it is a pile of lame trashy scripted horse$hit where the AI has an overwhelming influence on the flow of the gameplay and outcome of the game, is a fkn idiot.

FIFA is trash. End 2 End trash, but trash all the same and 90% of the goals are sweaty goals.

PES 2015 has substance and depth to it's gameplay, and scoring goals on it can be deeply satisfying.

GTA V uses Always On DRM. For this reason, I have pirated GTA V. None of the hassles associated with DRM and I play the game for free. U phucking idiots Rockstar.

Very impressed with the PC version of GTA V. Unfortunately Rockstar opted for Always On DRM so I was forced to pirate the game.......but still very impressed with the game itself....which I am playing for free, with none of the DRM hassles that I would have to put up with if I bought the legit version.

I was robbed. Kraken have made it clear in no uncertain terms, that they have no intention of refunding anyone whose accounts were emptied using 'legitimate channels'. The rodent featured support guy (Joseph) has been busy trying to tell me that my computer must have been compromised and my password stolen, yet the fact that hundreds of accounts were affected all around the same time, suggests to me that it was not my computer which was compromised, but Kraken that was compromised, which kind of leaves the buck with Kraken themselves, at least from a moral standpoint....but of course Kraken are having none of that!

Hands up who thinks the theives are operating within Kraken itself?

I know I do.

What about pointing out that Kraken is the only exchange that doesn't implement Email verification as a minimum before authorising withdrawals? Had they done this, then nobody would have been robbed, but despite this sort of shit having happened many times throughout Kraken's history, it seems that Kraken hasn't learned. I wonder why? As things stand, Kraken is configured to facilitate theft, and offer plausible deniability in terms off 'we offer 2FA, but u never used it".

First thing, Bitfinex's stated legal jurisdiction isn't Hong Kong, but the British Virgin Islands, which just so happens to be a tax haven.....I am not a lawyer, but it might just be a case of 'read the small print and weep'. 2nd thing is. People can get their money out and then sue all they want. Winning the case will be almost guaranteed, but actually getting anything out of an insolvent Bitfinex may not be so straightforward...

.....I am keeping my fingers crossed that this theft or 'conversion' that Bitfinex have committed in broad daylight, can be construed not only as civil conversion, but also as criminal conversion, which would mean some jail time for these scamming bastards.

What Bitfinex have done, is set a terrible precedent. There must be law enforcement agencies all over the world looking closely at their activities by now, but then, Registered Office in Hong Kong, that doesn't actually have anyone from Bitfinex working in it, bank account in Taiwan, servers in Italy, Corporation registered in the British Virgin Islands, with a bunch of shadowy executives in undisclosed locations all over the world....may not be so straight forward a case......I think some severely burned whale taking a hit contract out on a few of them would be the best way forward.

Of course America won the war for the 'Allies'. They had to in order to protect some $18 billion of loans made to France and Britain, with which the Allied powers purchased US products, thus giving Wall St and the entire US economy a huge boom. After the Russian revolution, Germany could concentrate their efforts just on the Western Front, and would have undoubtedly been victorious if not for the US entering the war. Had Germany won the war, then the $18 billion in debt owed to the US by the Allied powers, would have almost certainly went up in smoke, i.e. it would not have been paid back, which would have destroyed Wall St financial interests. That is why the US had to jump into a war they were otherwise happy to see go on indefinitely, as the longer the war waged, the richer Wall St and US industry became.
