he's quite clear that in saying there's no one enlightened. maybe it is just judgement that arises and falls away but it's been going on for years. i just find it curious.

i've been listening to the podcasts and reading the comments at gilbert's urban guru cafe since it started. now he seems to have some real rigid views on 'gurus' who give out alot of concepts and play that whole game. eckhart tolle, gangaji, adyashanti etc. so my question is if 'someone' is really living as one would such judgement be there? how could there be any judgement from the all?

setting aside the absolute view, is it possibly for 'people' to be partially awake?

does that mean there's a whole lot more to know that you don't know ? does it go to an infinite depth? (like you're a wave that has realized you're the ocean but that ocean is very,very deep) .some say it does. others say to just know you are awareness and all that appears to you is you is IT and that's ALL. seems like different 'teachers' are on different levels. of course many are not really awake at all, some have just had glimpses, the halfway up the mountain thing. some are more identified with the absolute and see the relative as unreal.

and "one knows what they need to know" still implies a separation. is that because of being a body/mind in this dreamworld even after realizing?

yeah, non duality is about as popular as a turd in the swimming pool. most everyone wants a better me not the end of it.

alan watts was a good philosopher but not awake. never claimed to be. i like his clips. and byron katie, in the money making business end of this stuff. something ugly in selling what can't be bought. where's the love in that? like parents charging their kids for room and board.

but that one thing (as everything) is doing 'everyone' and 'everything.' every action. doesn't that imply a will of some sort? there's certainly an intelligence here.

you know the hindus have those yugas. great epochs of time where humanity moves through 4 different stages. supposedly we're in the last one, the kali yuga where we are totally immersed in materialism and corruption and have little spiritual connection to god. all this info is said to have come from great sages. all imagination? the mind's attempt to make sense of this pointless dream, yes?

this natural simple awareness that 'you' are (and 'we' are too except our identification with mind) is one of absolute mystery and ignorance, yes? so this consciousness/Self/god/being is totally clueless about itself? it's all on autopilot?

sure, as consciousness we can't be harmed but the body can. are you aware of the georgia guidestones? they're telling us in granite what's coming. this upcoming possibly forced vaccination is going to poison and kill people. utube or google chemtrails. "they've" been slowly poisoning "us" for years and most know nothing about it.

so say someone is a serial rapist or other criminal type. does the realization inform and change the personality? would this criminal become benign as he sees no other? or is there no control at all of the body/mind appearance?

i don't understand when you say truth is everything. obviously when they tell us civilization started around 6,000 years ago it's a lie. the ones 'in charge' lie about everything. the dreamworld here is conditioning and reaction to stimuli but we're sure not being told about things that have happenened and are happening in this dream.

so you just send the bill back and you get free electricity? are you doing this? anyone else? and these companies will just give away their product for free? no way

when people around here stopped paying their heating oil bill the companies then won't deliver until there's a payment (in full) first . i'm sure the same would happen with the phone, internet, cable tv bills

it's interesting, like to hear from someone who's doing it.

saying 'awake people' is easier than the ' non dual speak' way of describing it. there are seeming "people" who've realized they're not real as separate individuals and the rest of us "people' still mind identified.

yes, many don't pay the irs. are you willing to spin the roulette wheel and hope they don't come after you? they don't respect your view on being a "soverein individual". there's no law requiring income tax in the first place and that doesn't stop them. hey, if anyone can get it to work, great.

and how do you get electricity for free? and heating oil? and gas for your car? by bartering? c'mon

the best advice would be to 'wake up'. enlightenment. (too bad we can't do that on demand) then see what you're moved to do. i've never read anything on this from awake people. i wonder how they deal with it. i suspect they play the illusion with its rules knowing none of it's real and doesn'r really matter.

irwin schiff fought the irs for years and still went to prison. if you think just 'saying the right things' stops these evil bastards you're naive. that couple claimed they were 'sovereign individuals', as if the gov't cares what we think we are. sure there's no laws that requires a person to pay the irs but if you don't that doesn't stop them from prosecuting you.

if you're on a salary how do you get your company to stop withholding income tax? how do you pay for your internet connection? heating oil in the winter? the author should give practical steps or else you're just going to get slammed.

in the newspaper today a couple from buffalo, ny were sent to prison for not paying the irs. if this is the way to freedom no thanks. i'll render unto caesar what is caesar's.

stay relatively free and let the system crash. what's the point of going to prison?
