Secondly.... yes... I'm sure your father would slap you around again in those "good-ol'-days" and no one would say anything about it and you would have to go on with your life, suppressing those emotions. That's what you did back then. You didn't cry.

I'm not in her district. I feel bad for anyone living in her district.
She's EXTREMELY un/undereducated. I agree BB... Michelle, you must be insane.
In fact, I question your patriotism and I wonder if you're a terrorist...
It sounds like you WANT people to go w/ out health care reform and therefore people have a higher chance of dying without proper health care. Sounds like terrorism.

Good points...
I find NPR to be non-partisan enough for most people to receive info, but if we're going to split journalistic hairs, then nothing is viable and worthwhile for true information... except for maybe CSPAN. ;)

I do agree that the media is biased and it will never NOT be biased, nor should it (or should it not?).

Either way, w/ modern tech there's NO WAY to dispute something you said or didn't say when it's captured live and then replayed over and over again. Even when you say you take guns to the movies. ;)

The ability to squawk on TV may be the last available soapbox for the GOP, for a very long time. Astoundingly, the only channel that will house these refugees is FOX.... one of many channels. The margin of error for the GOP is VERY slim. Good luck, to them.... they'll need it.

As much as I would LOVE to see her consumed by a political blunder, I'm quite sure this is a step towards 2012. The only way she can continue to make strides to a Presidential run is to keep her mouth shut.
Spending time squawking with TV personalities won't help her.

Don't forget the "New Faces, Same Old Message".
That's all I hear from Jindal. After Obama's SOTU, he spouted nothing but lame traditional, out of date GOP excrement. He and Palin represent a slightly younger generation of the GOP. The rallying cry from the actual youth (18-35) for liberal change has been extremely loud. You could even say that the Iranian protests in recent weeks exemplify the need for change in a society that has been dominated by out of date rules. Because of the lack of conservative vision, could the youth (and the youth after) of America turn their backs to the lame traditional values that the 35-50 GOP leadership offers?

The hypocrisy overwhelms the party shows their lack of change.
When Canter and Romney came out with their "reformed party" plan, I knew it would flop.
This just shows, AGAIN, the lack of insight into what the American people really want.
I really don't expect them to make progress in the 2010 & 2012 elections.

The GOP's refusal to change and lack of insight into the American public doesn't surprise me and shouldn't surprise anyone, including their constituents. Expect more to jump ship.
