Sadly, I can't remember. It was a gift and I forgot from whence it came. However, all one needs do is search "octopus mug" on google images to see that there is a whole world of octopus mugs out there just waiting to be drank from.

Okay, you're making several assumptions. You're assuming that anyone reading this title is going to assume what you assumed. You're also assuming that people are just going to glance at it and not read the article. None of those things are in my hands. Everything in the title is true. What it implies is in the eye of the beholder.

The reason why I posted the link is because what is in the article could be monumental. They deliberately gave this man stem cells from an HIV resistant donor and the HIV in his system, at the very least, retreated on a massive scale. Maybe it was even eliminated completely. The transference of stem cells from one person to another is very dangerous. It kills a third of the people that try it, but that's not about the validity of the idea, that's about the process that it requires (i.e. obliterating someone's immune system as the first step). But that's just the process. The process of eliminating an infection USED to be amputation but then they discovered antibiotics. At this point, the process of stem cell transference is dangerous but that doesn't negate the amazing possibilities that stems cells hold for the future.

Will people read this headline and make assumptions? Yes. Is that in my control? No. Is the headline a lie? No.

The title isn't misleading at all. The man appears free of HIV. The title doesn't say there's now a cure for AIDS, it says the man appears free of HIV, which he does. So to answer your question, yes, I read the article.

She's doing alright. She hates the cone on her head, but what can you do?
There's bacteria in her mouth that isn't allowed on the incision wound
apparently. In the end, it's for the best, just a bit of a rough week
