Great observation on the economy, it's been so weird - this month I've heard small to medium businesses say things are picking up while at the same time funds panicking that institutional investors are now afraid. It's been years of nobody being able to agree when it's bad.

An attribution model is just another tool in the workshop. If the craftsman doesn't understand the market, they're not going to learn anything from it. It's funny you shared Tim Soulo's discussion, I talked with him about that and there's an important point that comes up: both you and Tim are the target customers for your market. Your gut decisions will nearly always be on because your first impression will match your prospects'.

And yeah, you're dead on as far as company size. When orgs get so large that everyone going with their gut does things like burning a million dollars bidding against yourself for digital ads along two product lines, then you can make the case for better analytical tools.

Just like in ear it’s best to test if you can. VModas and Audeze are great but neither fit me right. I like the Sony 7506 and there are a lot of ATH-50 fans. The Shures above are nice. Drop.com sells a lot of Sennheisers. Bose Bluetooth are great if you want noise reduction. Happy hunting!

Have a half hour blocked off on your calendar after lunch to fix the schedule creep of 5 minutes from every morning meeting. If you're a victim of creep you get 30 minutes closer to back on schedule, if not you'll have some time for things you never get to.

I need to get a Lumo... I also can't travel without my Bose Noise Reduction earphones. The sound quality is average, and they are not cheap, but I feel so much better after flights when I take care of my ears.
