You might just get your Dad and me out and about on some more of the San Francisco and Bend Oregon Trails this year - we fit your description of "100 (not often) hikers"- unless golf course hikes count. Come to think of it, I think they might.
Proud of your goals! - basically the fitnes part ... hope some of it will rub off on us
