So glad this resonated with you. The key is FINDING the channels your audience is on. A lot of marketers want to skip that step... My initial thought on Help Center content is -- What part in the journey does this fill a gap? I'll dive in deeper but my initial gut would say:

1) It will serve ridiculously well for brands who have a lot of users and want to retain them.
2) It will serve well for brands who have people (TOF) looking to get help on problems that these products can solve. For example 'how to measure growth rate for site traffic' -> Help Center content re: Growth Rate Data in Geckboard...

I like the thought here. Definitely something I'll need to dive into a bit more! Have you found any specific ways to capitalize on that traffic successfully?

Re: Content Asset Allocation: A Better Way To Think About Your Marketing Mix

Thanks Peyton!

Re: Gong’s LinkedIn Strategy: Breaking Through Social Media Noise

Glad I could introduce you to them Mary!

Re: Airtable’s long tail SEO strategy

The best time is always now :)

Re: Airtable’s long tail SEO strategy

LOVE to hear that.
