you're acting as if homosexuality is a DISEASE. like it's some kind of mental disorder that attacks people when they are young and hinders the rest of their lives. in other words, you are a bigot.

i'm straight, and even i understand that homosexuality isn't something you choose to be, or something that you "catch" from other people. for people who are gay, it comes as naturally to them as being straight comes naturally to me. i didn't "decide" to be straight. just like they didn't "decide" to be gay. you're an idiot.

moreover, if you are sexually abused by the same sex, how would it even make sense that you would be attracted to that sex? you'd think that people who are abused in that sort of way would grow to be APPALLED at that sex, not attracted to it. it's basic common sense.

i'm sorry that you were abused by your parents. if you are indeed gay, you're just in denial. honestly. you feel that it is wrong to be gay, so you blame your homosexuality on other things so that you can say "i can't help it. i want to change but i can't because of this this and this." just like the priests of the catholic church blame the devil and a million other things for their abuse of small children. the devil makes them do it and "they can't help it". bullshit.

dude, look. being gay is not wrong. if you have trouble accepting yourself, then get professional help. not some mormon quack's help. get a real therapist.

yeah well, so did i, a lot of us did, and no one forced you to, btw. but the thing is, it's hard to make it as a band. it's not like they were JUST trying to get attention for their band by piggy backing on pete's name, they WANT to be signed to decaydance. they know that shenanigans are popular amongst the fbr/decaydance camp, so they come up with some their own.

anyway i thought the 'marketing' was really clever, i wouldn't really call it marketing, because they just want to get signed, obviously. but i thought it was fun. and my mind is like *fucked* thinking about a future pete coming back to the past to get his younger self to sign a band so they can change the future and it's just lajlfjsldjflskjd *mind assrape* but these kind of games are fun to me. imo

and i think you should definitely sign them. they definitely have potential. they're not perfect now but, i think with some coaching they could be a good band.
