¿Algún tasador que nos pueda indicar si en PR existe la obsolescencia externa o depreciacion por factores externos como olores fuertes y otros que esten fuera del control del dueño de la propiedad y como afecta a la tasación?

RB don't call plays, protection schemes or run the offense.. they supplement wins but it doesn't mean that if your RB rush for 200+ the team will win.. see vikings first lost to packers and vikings win over texans where AP rush only 86 yards but the team won.. Vikings are in the playoff because Ponder stepped up in the last 3 games and did not thew interceptions.. This is a QB league for something, it is the single most valuable position in the game period.

love this post.. I'm a retro junkie.. and this is a fine collection.. My first computer got it around 1986/87 an Atari 600xl con un libro de basic.. soy jibarito de Coamo y la consegui en un trueque por unos gallos de pelea a otro nene que la trajo de USA jajja, no habia internet pero por lo menos cojia los cartriges de atari , 16k de ram, 1.79Mhz.

After that one and a few years I got my first PC 166Mhz I think it was, in 1998 i had a lot of PCs as I owned a PC retail/repair shop for a few years. I think I got to fix all of your PCs models listed here back in the day..

Nice blog Raul.. what I usually do when the overwhelmed feelings arise is go cook something, I love cooking ,bbq and such and once I eat my just made food I feel ready to go back at it.. so maybe doing something you really love other than work ,like a hobby from time to time will help.. It works with me :)

Nice!! yo estoy casi igual.. aunque me enfoque mas en el source code de los projectos actuales, fue mas por necesidad ya que cuando me siento a prog o estoy en mi desktop en mi casa o en la laptop en la casa de mi novia y necesitaba estar sync todo el tiempo, pues tengo mis repos en unfuddle y el sync con dropbox..

Creo que el mejor side effect a esta comodidad de poder editar el mismo código sin importar en que maquina estés o donde estés, es el backup que se produce al tener un setup así.. En docs siempre he usado google docs y gmail.. pero me has inspirado a tratar de pasar lo personal también al cloud..

Si le encuentras alguna alternativa free o económica a lo de las fotos(multi gigs) no olvides tirar el link :)

100% de acuerdo. Hay maneras de mantener una linea de comunicación y empieza por organizarse así que para empezar a actuar y jumpstart this necesitamos lugares donde otros developers puedan encontrarnos y donde postear links a nuestros blog posts o code snipets o anuciar eventos. pues pa' dar un primer paso hice 2 grupos de facebook:

En las mismas... yo también he tenido que recurrir a frecuentar comunidades como forrst.com , hacker news, otros y aveces hasta foros random.
La idea de poder participar en una comunidad de developers latinos seria una estupenda.

Hace falta para fomentar el desarrollo de nuestros skills y mantenerse motivado, aveces pienso que me hace falta alguien con quien hablar de ideas, código o simplemente consultar tal vez cuando uno se estanca, para mi ha sido una experiencia muy solitaria, vivo en mi mundo de video lectures y no conozco a ningún developer en persona mas que soy del área sur y solo voy al área metro 1 o 2 veces al año :) ..

En lo personal me gustaría que existiera esta comunidad latina y mas una de open source , a veces he tenido tiempo que pienso podría aportar a algún proyecto open source y así aprender también de otros pero se me ha hecho difícil encontrar proyectos con miras al mercado latino o con una comunidad que me permita participar .. bueno ojala y de este post surja un enlace o un lugar así

hace como 1 año tambien baje titanium, no experimente mucho por las misma razon que apple parecia no querer aplicaciones con código no compilado.. creo que ahora es un poco mas seguro invertir un poco de tiempo experimentando con el.. Lo que me gustaria saber es si existe alguna diferencia en performance notable en aplicaciones creadas con titanium vs compilado.. ya haz hecho algo con titanium?

awesome! el espiritu hacker en el software dev. es algo natural, el escribir software es un proceso creativo como el pintar, escribir y hacer música, por siglos estas artes fueron y algunas todavía lo son; gratis, hackeadas y compartidas con la humanidad.
La motivación para regalar o compartir software es la misma por lo cual un músico comparte su obra, de que sirve una buena canción si nadie la puede escuchar o saber que existe, a esto le agregas el deseo humano de ser útil y contribuir mas el deseo de ser mejor en lo que haces.

Si no lo has visto te lo recomiendo, siempre se piensa que lo que motiva es la fama y el dinero pero esta demostrado que en ciertas actividades como las artes, el dinero no es factor para ser mejor en lo que haces.
