I have a bunch of critical apps I've changed from Command-Q to Command-Shift-Q. It's a lifesaver when you go to hit that W and hit Q on accident.

For resources, I've been going through iOS Programming, The Big Nerd Ranch Guide by Joe Conway and Aaron Hillegass and it's been pretty awesome.
