It's really not that hard to come up with a great 30 second spot, the hard part is convincing Susie McMBA who's imagination is limited to wedding planning that the idea is brilliant.  Bare in mind, she is also a Fredo and will need to relay this idea to her boss, at which point she will leave out important details and down sell it if he's not getting it because his imagination is limited to imagining her naked.  There is very little talent in advertising, all of the real talent usually moves on to bigger and better things as some sort of Darwinian exercise.  Occasionally they compensate a really talented person and they stay. But for the most part you're all hacks.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What's hard is making real content, not some 30 second piece of shit. If you could make real content you wouldn't be in advertising and we all know it.  Don't tell me you don't want to make $10M and work 6 months a year making something that people actually like.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Keep lying to yourselves.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, CP+B is the Kanye West of Advertising and needs to shut the fuck up.
