I am around 6'4" and 340 pounds. It worked for me really well on the test ride though I am skepitcal of having enough leg room. Plenty sturdy enough for me though

It never dawned on me how Tekken that is. I think there was a Tekken movie in Japan though, and it had Gon/Doctor B. Speaking of movies that should have been based on video games. Have you seen the preview for "Ninja Assassin"? It is exactly like that Ninja Gaiden game I used to play all the time, and also looks like good stupid fun.

The Prophecy 1-3 kick ass. Very ridiculous but a great riff on the old testament myths in modern day. Prophecy 2 is my favorite.

Unfortunately 4 and 5 were just an excuse to have th hot chick from Sliders run around afraid.

I love angel movies that show them as the scary bastards they were in the bible. None of the pretty, friendly, and helpful crap people think they are.

The good news is, it is really easy to find someone who is none of those things.

Also, those 3 traits would make for the most boring significant other ever. You would basically have an attractive robot. I'll take some instability and fun skankiness any day.

Well, there are a couple answers to that.

1) Loads of box squats. If you check my log from september to december I barely pulled. I did squats ALL the time, to various heights, in high volume.
2) I've put on some size. I am currently weighing 370 and my waist has barely moved. I blame this on all the presses, squats, and upper back work,
3) My back is stronger. Upper is stronger, and my lower back is still fully healed which took until Dec.
4) I never really found out what I was capable of before my back injury last year. I was going up 10-20 pounds every pull session before my back got hurt. I think I had a lot more room for growth than I had hit
5) Deadlift suit. Its really helped me get the overload in and push my numbers.

a squat clean, as I understand it, is a clean where you do the catch in a full squat position. Its basically the type of Clean that is performed in the Olympics. I may have my definition wrong but that is what I meant by squat clean.

I usually only do power cleans, which is where you do the catch in the power position, anywhere between parallel and vertical.

Dear Buchino,

Please stop asking sci-fi channel to cancel actual sci-fi shows. Sanctuary is certainly utter shit, but at least it fits the term sci-fi. For every actual scifi show they cancel, it is replaced with one "reality" series about ghost hunters, one "reality" series game show, and 1 hour of pro wrestling.
