I'm not implying that I've bought a knock-off LV on Canal; I'm saying that LV's are quite likely one of the most ripped off brands out there. I feel like the amount of fake LV's out there (honestly, I can't even tell anymore which are real and which aren't) makes me feel like it's a less "elite" brand.

I disagree with this statement: "It is very rare to find a group of friends that is homogenous in its ethnicity." I don't think it's rare at all. In fact, I think the contrary; I think it's very common. My group of girl friends consists entirely of 20-something white girls. It's not intentional and it's definitely not meant as any kind of statement about race, but that's just how it is. And I know it's not just me.

I also think, as a male, your perception of what is or isn't exaggeration is different than mine (a female). I personally know people who have demanded that their parents pay for their rent/car/cell phone/credit card. I personally know people who have said and done dumber things than implying that a potential employer was a sexual predator.

If anything, this show is one of the most realistic depictions of 20-something girls I've seen on TV in a long, long time. Possibly ever. It doesn't mean that there's not something screwed up about that.

Besides loving this post for the amount of times you wrote about the 2 loves of my life (mayo + cats - even though I know you were talking about expired mayo and a bag of dead cats.... Semantics), this really rang true for me. I do this all.the. time; the emotional hoarding thing, not the eating expired products thing.
I'm obsessed with the past - things I've done, things I didn't do but wished I had, things other people have done or didn't do, relationships, feelings, memories. Emotionally hoarding can feel incredibly lonely. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
I think it's time I get "un-stuck" too.

Actually, the girl who just moved in downstairs about a month ago (who I have actually had the misfortune of interacting with) is the girl I was talking about in this post - I'm sure the landlord can back me up on that one.
I had no issues with you, Danielle, and I actually appreciated the fact that you left your door open for me to move my furniture in, despite the fact that things were a bit rocky after that.
I will keep my eyes open for you when I'm in NYC.. I'm not as awful as you think I am.

The lighting in bathrooms is just so much better than anywhere else. No sense being embarrassed (unless someone catches you taking selfies in the bathroom - that shit's embarrassing as hell), just embrace it.

And unfortunately I didn't win the Dufferin Mall contest. Turns out, their rules & regulations left a lotttt open for intepretation; a couple people won more than once (using different FB accounts), people who were younger than age of majority won (even though it stated they couldn't), etc.. it's all very sketchy and not at all based on the Fashion aspect, which is the only reason I even entered. But thanks for voting so much!! xo
