i believe it to be true.

my instructor once said that companies listen to their consumers... who actually speak out... in other words they will listen to people who actively give feedback about their product.
she succinctly put it: the 4 or 5 people who speak out are louder than the 4 or 5 million others who say nothing.

so i have to say, that we as individuals have the ability to change the world, or at least set off a chain reaction of change, we just need to find the right words to say to the right people who will listen.
