I'm new to dynamoDB. For the partition key on the GSI, do we care if the how uniformly it distributes the data? I assume we do.

Right. A better solution would be to use inline CSS in the head and load external CSS later.

Some of your colleagues at google recommended using JS to load CSS asynchronously in this video. Good or bad idea to async load CSS?
