I'm running into the same issues at http://techinflight.com
The widget tabs don't work in Safari or Firefox but they are working in IE7.
However, when I go to Leo's blog <http: leoville.com="" category="" blog=""/> using Firefox, the Combination widget on his sidebar works fine...all tabs seem to work.

Just listened to the net@nite episode. Got the plug-in installed on Wordpress but now trying to get something to show up on the sidebar.
