I've worked with a person like this. He closed the biggest deal in our company history -- hundreds of thousands in revenue and completely changed the trajectory of the business.

We talk a couple times a month, each time with an overture to return.

I have earmarked a budget for him as the specific hire, just waiting to make the offer... maybe weeks from now, maybe years... who knows.

I love how you framed this.

Being a small business owner myself (with the core functionality of the service behind me), I look for ways that if I were hit by the proverbial bus, my wife and family could continue to run the business.

I'm curious if you've thought any further about continuity plans or allowing other developers access to your codebase in case such a tragedy does occur? (Don't mean to be morbid!)

Agreed. I've been emailing support about this feature every since I started using Close.io.

It's finally launched and now it's 3x my current plan. There's no way I can justify that. Maybe there's a way it can added a la carte or something.

Finding the damn thing is hard if you've never stayed at the Hyatt at DFW.

Especially since there are two Hyatt properties within 1 mile of each other.... it's confusing.

Still a good hotel. Brunch is awesome there.
