If some other moron is lazy and does leave items/food out that the bear scavenges--then everything changes.
This bear is now human-aggressive. It will FOREVER associate humans with food.
That is the ONLY reason the bear must be eradicated. Relocation NEVER works once a bear has shown aggressiveness, they always travel back to the same ground on instinct.

Here, here. This is a rough area of Orlando--Carver Shores. With 5 kids in the home this is an example of a prepared, self-reliant homeowner. She exercised her 2nd Amendent right, and protected her life and those of the children.
