Can't wait until we're allowed to clear the cache. On small iOS devices, having Dropbox take up over half a gig of space without being able to clear it is terribly frustrating.

The trouble is that I have no way to tell Amazon the order numbers if people pick out items from my wishlist - I only know they were purchased because they disappeared from it.

I know. That is useless to me when I spend as much time using a Mac at work as at home, and when I want to sync music I have at work to my phone.

I wasn't taken by it. The only thing it does extra is support SVG, but the UI left somewhat to be desired for me.

Because I don't want them to become part of what is increasingly a commodity and body-shopping industry - I want them to ride the next wave (be it materials science or renewables) or focus on people-oriented jobs.

This is the Internet in 2010. Most of the URLs I knew by heart during my Netscape days are long gone, everyone uses shortlinks and doesn't care about them breaking, and Google has already picked up the changes...

Well, the reasons I didn't go for Posterous were basically that a) Marco Arment uses Tumblr and b) Marco Arment uses Tumblr. If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me.

There's an app for that. Seriously, Tumblr has a Mac app to do that.

Also, I'll be archiving the RSS using Mail.app, as well as the drafts (which have always been kept in Evernote, at least for the long-form stuff).

Not really, no. The only thing I miss is Portuguese text input, which is supposedly due on 4.2. Oh, and pretty much all of my posts have been drafted on an iPhone (and now an iPad) for a while now...

Hmmm. I kind of hoped that TaskPaper would go first - there are very few task management solutions for iOS/Mac with cloud syncing, and none with Dropbox support (plus I've got a bunch of new stuff to manage, and cute little graphical task lists can't beat plaintext when wielded right...)
