Salesmen came out, hooked up the modem, then was baffled by the complete lack of signal. Change location in the house, repeat. I was VERY disappointed that we were listed as being so close to a tower and yet were in a giant "dead" spot. They will be erecting another tower one mile to my east soon and Clear is supposed to be on that one as well. Guess I'll try again then.

My deal from Clear was $207 up front for equipment and fees, then $65 a month for 6mbps home internet and Voip phone service. No contract.

Still waiting on the $207 to be refunded, b/c they make you send the equipment back separately (for which the salesmen apologized profusely).

Cheers!
