Sybil I know that feeling. I cried all the way home from Rhode Island when i moved my daughter into her dorm for the first time. She graduated 4yrs ago. WOW! that doesn"t seem possible. time flies!! So thats who Bob Barr is. I might vote Fred Ming 08!!

Gyomy You can say the same thing about Obama that your saying about Palin. Obama hasn"t been around that long. He has only been a Senator for two years.Biden wasn"t even a supporter of his. He said he lacked experience!

My vote is for McCain, He is qualified to run the country. I think Obama does not have experience yet to be the President. If he does get in Biden will be calling the shots. HE himself said Obama wasn"t qualified. Hell-ooooo

The Gloucester Housing Authority needs to do a better job on cracking down on the losers and druggies there letting into the projects!!! Do they have a screening process!!! And Sec8 housing is growing in this city. Riverdale Park was built for Veterans and their families during WW2 Those appartments were suppose to be sold to the veterans living there after so many years. How many Vets are living there now? I say the mayor should look into selling the buildings to interested Veterans. That would solve some of the citys drug problems.

The mandated health insurance is not free. You pay according to your income. My friend is a hair stylist, and does not have ins, from her employer she has the state mandated Ins. She pays a deductible every month. It is not free.

When 17 girls end up pregnant by choice or not that tells me GHS needs a clinic. Maybe the clinic can be on a one year trial basis. Then the feedback will be there on if the need is there for one at GHS. .

We need a decent store like target,kohlls or walmart. This city does not need anymore sub,pizza,DD, chinese,or bars, Tourist shops. Give the people what they need thats going to create jobs,and revenue for the city!!

There were three reports of fisher cats in back yards in east glou. last night. One person wanted to take her kids and leave her house. She was afraid to go outside. I hate fisher cats!!!!!
