Even if she has had work done...it is de rigueur in Hollywood, and there are a lot of examples to see of bad work. Hers is subtle and natural - the best kind. It's also lovely to see her daughter Rashida Jones appearing in such quality work as Jesse and Celeste Forever. I too loved Mod Squad although I was very tiny when it came out and didn't really follow what was going on...I was four yet already loved the fashion! Peggy Lipton forever.

Well, if annoyance didn't arise, how would we know acceptance, in this gift of duality?

I bring it up at all because, indeed, it is something I see in "myself", which is everything - annoyance, anger, bliss, peace, you-name-it. Yes, I was projecting "my own" feelings onto the situation, and I suspect the goal of this was to evoke a mildly humourous response. In which nebulous goal I have resoundingly failed with you, Samlorac. Not being amused arises as well!

Well done for taking in Nicholas, my oldest Internet friend. Please take a leaf out of Nicholas' book and never ever take anything I say seriously. Anyone who opens their homes is committing a kind act. However, I've both opened my home and been annoying, and been annoyed by people who opened their homes to me. Annoyance arises! It's no better or worse than anything else; it just arises. In the story that seems to unfold, being annoyed can be a fantastic teacher...about your nonexistent, but interesting, self. Perception is as it perceives; perception simply is. Whatever THAT is! Keep up that love, tolerance and open heart stuff.

The kids and hubbie and I are insanely addicted to (the plot of) FlashForward. And we think the savant is FANTASTIC. Really, really hope it's not cancelled. Next Monday (here in the UK) - we catch up to the future! Very, very excited.

Hi Nicholas, another apparent gem. So many ways to say that everything seems to tick along just as it must, and there's nothing to do, except what is done - and that everything, absolutely everything arises in awareness - and that thoughts are not what you are, but there's nothing wrong with them - etc. etc. You say it beautifully.

There are a lot of belief systems around apparent individuals "getting" this or not. It's the consequence of thought; but so what if there are a lot of belief systems? Awareness is aware of all apparent happenings, whatever they seem to be.

Hey Nicholas, Siva paid for tea! But he's not a seeker, he "gets it" and I know that's not a very good way to put it but ya know what I mean. He just likes to talk about it without alienating other apparent individuals..."I" relate to that. By all means, do the teacher thing, denying all the way that there is anything to be taught...or anyone to teach it to. The pointers are valued. And you, my friend, probably need some cash! Look after yourself.
