The incorrect information about the tax credit has been emailed to me a few times by those who are definitely supposed to know. I actually thought it was extended and increased! Thanks for the correction.

This post helps alot. I feel for you RobinGood, I get the same stuff ove and over too and just keep deleting it. If I mark something as spam, I do seem to be able to unspam it. Although the stuff that I would mark is clearly spam. Mostly I just delete...some are actually people taking the time which amazes me.

I have the Black Berry Curve. I waiting a long time for the Storm but found there was a problem with the touch screen keys. The picture resolution was wonderful. Since I wanted to stay with Verizon, I ended up with the Curve. I think the BB Bold would be great as I do like the keys. As far as the iphone goes, I have heard wonderful things about it, but it won't forward to an optonline.net account.

Those seller tips are great. Pricing your home below the competition and/or just a tad below market value is a good strategy, although I realize hard to do.

This is truly amazing since most of the homes I show are $550K+ and at the lower end many need quite a bit of work. I thought some of those homes looked just fine. The price differences around the country are astounding.
