I knew him for 11 years. If someoe got your friend hooked and they died as a result, would you keep quiet?? Of course not.

Met him a couple of times? Where did you get that from?? I knew him for 11 years!

It is my place because he was a friend and I knew what was happening but was powerless to do anything, just like his other friends and family members.
