I wanted the digital version with the extra controller and couldn't get it. Would really just prefer the digital version with one controller but it never dropped. Could have had the disc or ratchet bundle, but didn't want to spend that much. In a way, the retailers are as bad as the scalpers forcing people to spend extra money on bundles they don't want just to get the console.

Hey Nick, thanks for the great PDF, I have a question though. In your PDF, you say you were getting 1000 downloads a day from your perma free book, and that getting 300 should be easy. Those are pretty impressive numbers to me. I have 5 books up on Amazon, with one perma free already, but am getting less than 20 downloads a day right now. Even when the permafree was a new release, it rarely did more than 50 downloads a day. Any suggestions for dealing with this big discrepancy using your methods?

That's quite a list, thanks for that. I tend to agree, that too much of anything (including Google) is a bad thing. I'd be happy if there even just 2 or 3 other engines that had equal market share. Competition is good for the consumer and business. Right now this monopoly is hurting too many.
