Hi can you try "CPU Power Manager" extension for Gnome, and see if it can help extend the battery life ?

Am interested in Galago as well, but people citing even 2 hours battery life, well that just sucks.

If tools such as CPU power manager can actually help, then that would be great !

Turn out that Steam client really need several 32-bit packages.

Unfortunately, I'm using 64-bit only distro (PureOS, based on Debian stretch)

So it's impossible to install Steam client for me.

Here's hoping for 64-bit Steam client.

Hi, I have Debian stretch 64-bit, and I got error message when trying to install the i386 packages :

E: Package 'libgl1-mesa-dri:i386' has no installation candidate
E: Package 'libgl1-mesa-glx:i386' has no installation candidate
E: Package 'libc6:i386' has no installation candidate

Any ideas? Thanks.

I love FPS & RPG games, back to when most people still find it dizzying.

Now some of them are available on Android.

But one of them is 2,2 GB in size. The other is 1,3 GB. Another one is 1,6 GB. And so on.

1st gen MotoX was available in 16 GB and 32 GB versions. I opted for the best. The best turned out not enough for me.

Thank God for ExoDrive case.

I just needed to access a photo from June 2014. A few seconds, and I got it.

I have had enough of not being able to access my images #whenever I needed it (keyword: sucky internet access) - yes, I used to put my photos on the "cloud". No more.

I have 32 GB Moto X, of which 24 GB is usable - and 17 GB of it is already used for photos & videos. Somehow Android itself used about 2 GB of it.

Leaving me only with about 4 GB of space.

I no longer able to record videos as I wished, take as many photos as I wishes.

I no longer want to buy smartphone without MicroSD slot anymore.

Thank God for Exodus case - extra battery + MicroSD slot in a case.

Ini foto di ruang PUBLIK :) ditambah lagi ybs sedang melanggar peraturan, di ruang publik. Maka menjadi "barang bukti", untuk eksekusi Perda tsb.

Lain hal nya jika foto tsb diambil di ruang privat/pribadi, misal, di rumah ybs.

Dan "Guest" di atas benar, hak cipta ada di tangan istri penulis.

If you have further info on this, please feel free to share it with us :D

Short story; I was trying to use RPi as web-based kiosks, but users complained that it's slow. While I understand that almost everything will be indeed slow with fbdev driver..... anyway, at the end I was still forced to recall the RPi kiosks and replace it with standard PCs....

So hopefully this MicroXwin can be a solution to this.

Hi, thanks for the article.

Unfortunately, even after trying everything here (and then some), weston still refuses to launch with error message "failed to create compositor"

Guess it's still way too early for me to try Wayland on RPi.

Anyway, I need to be able to run Midori / Iceweasel too on RPi, so I guess I'll wait until Collabora & Pi Foundation release their stable version of Wayland for RPi.
