You are right literacy is the key to unlock a vast world of information and beat the chain of poverty. Though administrations have been allocating huge sums to spread the value of literacy still there are gaps between achievement and to be achieved.

Certainly, it is one of my greatest traffic generators to my blog. I have twitted about it twice or three times about the website. The most interesting thing is that i don't remember ever i have submitted my site to condron.us. But thanks to the service i have got some regular visitors from that link.

It is not a stumbleupon like site and there is a button available to submit new sites to it. Pretty good service and thanks to the group that has started such a service.

Even i have thought about this before and shown similar amazement seeing page rank of a new site. Thanks for the info.
