In my company, QE's often lack the coding experience to write product features. The kids in my daughter's 2nd grade class, in a school with above-average STAR scores, really had a hard time with 2nd grade books last year. I don't want to blame anybody, but I really think we shouldn't be teaching anything else until a kid is reading at grade level.
