I have been trying to complete steps 2 and 3, but they don't seem to work.  I am using a mac (obviously), so the file arrives in my apple mail programme.  Then I copy the text, paste it into textedit, save it as an rtf, and then change the file name so it includes opml (i.e. sample.opml).  then i drag that file into the tinderbox window but it says "Tinderbox was unable to parse this file. It may be damaged, or you may need a newer version of Tinderbox.  The XML parser said: not well-formed (invalid token) (line 1)."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Line one seems fairly innocuous..Here are the first few lines:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;lt;opml version="1.0"&amp;gt;&lt;br&gt;&amp;lt;head&amp;gt;&lt;br&gt; &amp;lt;title&amp;gt;Felix email&amp;lt;/title&amp;gt;&lt;br&gt;&amp;lt;/head&amp;gt;&lt;br&gt;&amp;lt;body&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hope you can help...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Alex&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">strickvl</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 25 Jan 2009 07:58:57 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
