I apologize. Most of the things concerning HammerKit are in fact true, but raising a doubt of BaseKit (similarity of the name still makes me feel spooky) was not well thought out. I’m sure you guys are sincere and have a good thing going on. Good luck.

Re: seedcamp: Our Seedcamp Week 2008 winners

Thanks for the comment. You are absolutely correct. And it is not your fault if you havent heard from us. It is totally our fault. And I thank BaseKit guys for their part in encouraging us to come out. Maybe we have been too busy to acquire funding for the development by doing application development to our paying customers on our platform ourselves. Acquiring funding for innovative new technologies, like our HammerKit, is not quite easy in Finland, you know.

I give the credit to BaseKit guys for being able to gain publicity and to present their case. They do it very well indeed.

The similarities just give me a spooky feeling - they even write BaseKit with capital K like in HammerKit.

And you can get a demo or a sandbox. Just click the Get Hammerkit link on the frontpage of hammerkit.com and fill in the form.

Re: seedcamp: Our Seedcamp Week 2008 winners

BaseKit??? This just makes me wonder - a lot.

HammerKit (www.hammerkit.com), created by Basewell, Helsinki Finland, and now developed further by Hammerkit company has been around for 6 years and has all of the stuff that Basekit has and much, much more enabling the development of databased business solutions. There are already hundreds of them in use.

What is the propability of coincidence here? BASEwell HammerKIT -> BaseKit.

I wonder why Basekit requested for HammerKit sandbox last week!!! Aren’t they supposed to have their own system?

Anyway, it is nice to know that investors think OUR original idea is worth investing in. And I congratulate the Basekit guys for being able to make success on ideas invented by others. I think this is a tribute to HammerKit - the real thing.
