OH and also to the fresh new visitors to the new Yongfook Lifestream, the site hasn't been made IE-friendly yet. That's on the way, but for now it will look absolutely lovely in Firefox or Safari.

I was in the Fairmont hotel. Had a great view from the window. Looked like chaos on the streets though - so many people.

wow thanks. I'll be writing a more technical explanation at some point on how I used the Code Igniter and the Tumblr API to build this (and why, instead of choosing Wordpress).

yes you are right about the photo thing - currently if I upload a whole bunch of photos to flickr they will overtake my blog. But that's just a problem to be solved, and I'm sure it can be taken care of with some sort of filtering. It's been really useful for the mobile photos - a few months ago I started sending more mobile photos to flickr, and now they will all appear on my blog too, which is cool.

Actually I think it would be possible with WP, anything is, really. But the issue is more due to how I feel about WP as a platform.

yeah there are still a bunch of cross-browser issues I'm sure. I just slapped this all together in the last couple of days and wanted to get it online for some feedback - IE, Camino etc will be checked in time. For now, FF and Safari are good to go.
