I can't believe he would think that any of his behavior is acceptable. I wonder what kind of environment he grew up in?

Is the situation so bad that divorce is an option so you can recover your life and create a healthier environment to care for you and your daughter?

I agree with you. I hate to tell anyone they are judgment proof and that's why I always suggest they speak to a licensed attorney in their state for specific legal advice.

Even if someone was judgment proof that says nothing about the emotional investment they would have to make in continuing to fend off continued collection efforts.
