I was just the SEO on all of the examples i speak of, but none of the negative attributes you mention above.. (which i have actually seen.. and know of similar examples..) would be representative of MOST of the REAL PR professionals.. also.. a lot of what you speak of is Crisis Management and not specifically PR.
