I have NFI why the MeeGo port is yellow and the Ubuntu port isn't. I thought it was my kernel at fault, but it's obviously something like Xorg as Ubuntu works fine (they both have different Xorg versions). Hopefully it means it's easier to fix; I thought I was going to have to sift through the kernel code (not fun)

There's not /that/ big a difference between the MeeGo Handset reference platform and Nokia's version, from what I can tell. They're using all their own apps, and a different skin, but that's about it.

This is my work :-P and no, I enabled ADB on both MeeGo and Ubuntu (you just compile your kernel with ADB support, and drop in the adbd binary to /bin and make it run on boot). Since the touchscreen isn't working, and there's no WiFi yet, it's the only way to get a root shell to do anything with.

Launched the browser using ADB, over a USB root shell. Yeah, glamourous, I know :-P
