Can some explain to me why do these students need to know who won the civil war? Why would an event 150 years ago have any bearing on the path a Psychology major is going to take? How often do you think a Psychologist gets asked about the civil war?

Atheists represent satan in exactly the same way they represent god. They don't, due largely to the non-existence of either. Once you're comfortable with that concept, the author should should check the law about public bodies and prayers before saying there aren't any.

I do like Catcher in the Rye. Why isn't that being distributed? Indeed, why is the Bible and not the Torah? And don't respond with a "christian nation" type answer because thousands of atheists will be along to shoot that down. Why is it the bible being distributed in this way? Most people who want to read the bible have their own.
