I'd like to set the record straight. Marcos was not trying to buy Xanax, his classmate from churchill Josh was. Marcos was simply the ride. All of these boys new each other, class of 07 Churchill. Matt shot seven shots through the car in broad day light, because Josh tried to take his Xanax. Boo Hoo. He is fortunate he didn't kill more people. What kind of crazy like this belongs free on the street. He doesn't even have a GPS, or house arrest. Great judicial system we have here.

Yes of course I mean his parents,and Matt Gacia. I would like the entire community to know that they are not safe because they are living among a cold blooded killer. I can not describe the pain we have endured over this. He may as well of killed us all. Marcos's father will likely never recover.

Matt Garcia has been bonded out of jail long ago because the judge lowered the bond to accomadate his Churchill Estates Parents, who have not appologised to the family that lost their son. This scum bag of a kid will be poluting the streests of Churchill estates for the next year and one half to two years before he goes to trial. The parents have also hired the best available legal team to purchase freedom for their son. With parents who are willing to buy freedom for a son that is a drug selling murderer, no wonder the kid has no remorse for what he has done. Gets it from his mom and dad. May you suffer every day of your life as much as the father of Marcos is suffering.
