Right. I was being a tad facetious. But I get annoyed with "blame the media"
comments. There's a reason why he gets a bad rap, too. You know, when
there's smoke, there's fire. Just saying I find him entertaining and
appreciate his honesty from what I've read about him and my brief encounter
with him.

I wasn't implying that was Jiyai's fault at all. Some people just can't
pronounce names. Several still were mispronouncing it at Sybase. I would
even correct them.

Yeah, it's a tough course -- lots of wind today, too. I played the white tee's for all 18. When I suggested I hit from the reds on the longer par 4s/5s, my playing partners yelled at me and said I should be playing the blues with them. Ha. So, on 14 and 18, I played them from 572 and 552. 14 was tough because you had to lay up off the tee (kinda--it was 250-something to the gully) and then hit a really good second shot to clear the hazard. It was kinda like a par-6. Luckily, I was having a good ballstriking day. :) If I made half those 10-footers, it would have been an easy 75. But could, woulda, shoulda. No point. That's golf. Coulda also hit it a lot worse. ;) (The first three holes don't count.)
