I hear you... I work at a DT store in the suburbs of a Canadian city... "Just a" is never *just*... it's always a tirade of modifiers and/or obnoxious labour-intensive items... for example for one car... a wonderful soccer mom will have "JUST a" Grande CRF, 4 Tall N XH CH's, 2 BCBs, a breakfast sandwich, a breakfast wrap and a warmed pastry. It's a giant F my life at that point. It's then that I want to explain to people that normally people use JUST in front of something like that as a diminuitive... as in NOT MUCH!

... You know there's an even easier way to get just about the same thing for cheaper... and it's never been an underground drink it's just never been on the menu b/c with over 10000 drink possibilities, it's not like we're going to list everything on the menu.

Go into a store and order a vanilla Tazo Earl Grey Misto.... They'll make virtually the same thing as the full leaf version but with the standard non-full leaf tea bags... and that way you're also not being an annoyance to fellow customers by monopolizing the condiment stand.

Oh and if you knew what you were drinking in the slightest you'd realize that steamed milk and cold milk from a carafe are hugely different so at least with the tea misto you're getting steamed milk in the drink.

I really really miss the West Wing!! I'm half-tempted to bust out season 7 and start that one all over... I know not everyone enjoyed Kristin (Kristen? can never remember) Chenoweth on it but I lurved it!..

lol as soon as you said "N" I literally said "Nikon" outloud... maybe more than once.

Anyways... if you are gonna go the DSLR route be sure that you're taking your photos in RAW if you plan on doing any editing to them... that way you're not going to be losing anything to compression... if you're confused at all then get me to explain it to you @ work sometime... *nods*

As for shutter lag, yes, it bites... but if you set the camera to burst shoot then you have more chance of catching the magic moment, it just means a little more sifting through crap... but then again, isn't that what photography is sometimes?
