Haha. It was intended originally to be a celebration of the Ass End but it kind of morphed a bit with this version.

Yes, the regional aspect of this was interesting. The '80s didn't really have it that much it seems but once the '90s introduced so many niche genres, I guess it was bound to happen. If I had grown up in Miami I think I would totally like a different set of songs than I do now.

2000's, yuck. That would be horrible, I would think. A '70s version would generate a lot of buzz around here I would think but I don't know that I could take it personally. I'll figure something new out. I've got like 5000 '80s records at home just begging to be used in some capacity! :)

The ABC / Buzzcocks thing is weird. ABC were considered new wave and had five records in the '80s all of which produced hits. The Buzzcocks didn't release a non-comp album in the '80s and since this is a book about that decade, I don't understand how they even apply here.

Right now, no plans. Bottom Feeders though, is going to be retired. Five years and three sets of these later, I think it's about time to let it go. I would like to do another series that's unique like this but I've yet to come up with something that works for me.

No problem. Yes, there's actually a note at the very bottom that indicates that I don't have them. I just simply couldn't find the MP3's for them for some reason.

Yeah, I meant to hunt the original down in MP3 as I don't seem to own it but completely forgot over the holiday week, so I added the youtube video for the original in.

I remember Kaleidoscope World being a great album but that's one I haven't picked up in a decade for some reason.

And Miami is probably the reason Tanto Metro spent so many weeks on the chart. I keep listening to it now. I think it's the best song of the post for some reason.
