Oh sis, your the very best! Seriously, I so appreciate your honesty and ability to show your venerability in this post. Its brave of you to share all of yourself here, its not easy. Doing a blog myself, I sometimes feel like I shouldn't show the down side of my experience out of looking sucky, but you prove time and time again that it takes strength to be yourself and there is such beauty in it. Not to mention inspiration! Now you've inspired me to get back on the wagon again with my eating and God knows being depressed makes you unmotivated but knowing that fabulous women like you go through it too and bounce back is really helpful. Now, I find it hard to believe that you've lost subscribers and supporters, maybe your stats show a drop, but thats only because they know you haven't posted daily that they haven't checked back daily. They will be back and reading away once you get your regular schedule back. Your not just a habit, your bloody interesting, and funny, and freaking fabulous! We love you Frannie! If you have to take time off do it, its your life girl..but don't freaking go away forever:)

Aww honey! So glad I could be of some help!! Working out is important so we have to be creative when it comes to making time for it. Its hard enough to keep motivated! If you have a plan it really helps to stick your health goals!

ok a few questions.
1. does your office building have a gym?
2. Are you allowed to eat at your desk?
if yes to these two questions, you could
a) record the audio of your workouts on an ipod (or mp3) and do your workout listening to the sessions. By now you know the routines and can follow along to just the music and instruction. Work out for 35 to 45 minutes. Better than nothing.
b) As for your lunch eat at your desk. You can even go to the lunch caf and bring something back with you to your desk

You can join a gym right really close to work and bring your ipod with you. Ooooh, wait, I have a friend who has workouts taped on her iphone. She puts on her earbuds and works out to the video in the weight room of her gym. You could do that.

Or, you could carve out 3 days a week to do your fitness after work and dedicate yourself to that until your routine eases up. New jobs are difficult only in the beginning it gets better once you get comfortable and get into a routine.

Wow! I was planning on doing the same thing jewels! I HATE my clothes and have decided never to wear black again! So I'm going through my closet and seeing what color is hiding beneath all that black! Ahh great minds:)

Thanks Paramendra! (what a fabulous name!) this has been an interesting post. I have been blogging for about 7 weeks now and love every moment of it! I am currently interviewing for a position as a professional blogger for a local festival. Wondering how much a professional blogger can make once hired for a company? Also, like you, my publishing system is Blogger. I see this nifty comment box embedded on your site. Try as I might, I cannot get my blog to show this box which makes it easy for your readers to comment. My site only shows the word "COMMENT" below my posts. I've tried everything and irritatingly the box refuses to make an appearance. Any suggestions?
