Thanks for the article and for an easily understood breakdown of the myriad of live streaming options available today. One big difference I've seen with live video on Facebook, versus pre-recorded video on YouTube is that the level of discourse seems considerably higher with live, perhaps because most viewers watch and comment from accounts that are associated to real names. Has that been your experience?

Thanks, John. You're right, it's hard to beat his launch process. I've spoken to other people who use that .99 one day launch process for advance team members. It's a great idea.
