atzi....i watched that movie a time ago now its very good
it explains how money can potentially get lost when the banks suffer even small losses
when the government has to recapitalize banks you know that we are in a world of trouble

things might seem calm right now but once fall arrives it will be good time to be on the sidelines so as not to get emotionally attached should the markets plummet..and they just might

i dont benefit from high house prices
realtors do and have no right what so ever juicing the market especially when they wont make public their books

the value of bank stock is broadcast daily for 6.5 hours

banks can not predict future price valuation on stocks

thats what analyst do

realtors continually make claims that cant back up and they refuse to show anyone the true stats

if prices can go up 315% tell me why they cant go down 70% i have never nailed down a year for it to occur

$160,000 x 315% = $504,000

oil is down -55% was down -80% from bubble high
nat gas is down -75% and still is from bubble high
stock market is down -35% was -50% from bubble high

the more you post the more your sounding like a clueless realtor

the calgary MLS in recent years has transacted approx 15 billion dollars worth of sales yearly with the publics money

the MLS stats are deemed as property of the realtors only there is no public disclosure

can you imagine the BMO or TD banks operating this way and not providing quaterly disclosure to its share holders

can you imagine a bank analyst saying this
