I am not in the business of picking tops. I trade in the direction of the market.

Secondly, the market from a psychological perspective will try to screw as many people as possible. Everyone and their mother is looking for a 'pullback', which will eventually materialize but not until the largest number of people are led into thinking the market will continue higher.

Lastly, there is a timing model I follow quite closely that is very accurate predicting intermediate term tops/bottoms. It says that this run up is on its last legs. Expect this to last into end of May or first week of June, but not beyond.

For what it's worth, I am bullish/neutral Monday/Tuesday of this week with a pullback into Wednesday/Thursday and up again on Friday.

Re: http://slopeofhope.com/2008/07/the_bottom_seems_to_be_in.htm

Bye bye.

Re: http://slopeofhope.com/2008/07/dance_on_vaseline.htm

Go short into close but this market is forming an intermediate bottom as we speak, no doubt about it.
