I want to know how many of those 307 HITs reject and go unpaid. The Requester gets to keep your work even if they don't pay you. Also, it's rare you can just request a qualification, they're usually granted after you complete some sort of test, often in the form of one-time-only HITs posted. If you get any quals from requesting, I'll be happily surprised.

My recommendation is to spend some of your 30 minutes on a forum like TurkerNation.com learning about how to avoid bad Requesters and HITs, and to read which HITs are worth doing. We have a Daily HITs Thread where workers post what they're working on, which is essentially a buffet of work for you to complete that you can generally rely upon as good. You'll also learn a lot from our experience so you can install scripts that help you earn more or track the work you've done, or just figure out how to determine a good from a bad HIT based on gut feelings.
