This worked perfectly on our glass-ceramic cooktop, which I had feared was permanently ruined. The stains came out after only 5 mins, and the cooktop looks brand new! Thank you for your help, Rachael!

This recipe sounds great and I'm going to bake some this afternoon. However, one large sweet potato is a little vague... depending on the time of year, sweet potatoes can get pretty darn big! Has anyone made this recipe and can they recommend an approx amount of sweet potato in grams? I'm also going to try bek's suggestion of pepitas on top as garnish - yum!

I was really disappointed with my box too, Michaela. I posted my opinion on BB's fb page but (as with the majority of the negative comments) they did not respond directly. I don't feel that the Natio sachet sample is a "deluxe" sample, a small tube would have been better. I also received Innoxa nail polish in 'grape', a travel size swisse shower gel, a large sachet of little alchemist face mask powder and a small 20ml tube of plunketts aloe vera gel. An extremely disappointed box considering the last three were so awesome. It's possible that January is just a bad month for sampling, as many businesses would be closed over the holidays (but you would think these things are organised a month or two in advance!) Anyway, lets see what happens in February!

I do like Country Road knitwear (even though it is Made in China) but I always make sure to buy the merino wool items rather than the regular wool. It feels nicer and seems to be better quality. Just a tip :D

I think that the best journalistic use of social media is access to rapid spreading of ideas, concepts, thoughts... advertising and revenue no longer have to drive the industry. People are finding audiences that don't necessarily fit into stereotyped demographic groups. Audiences have access to the topics that they want to read. Journalists can actively identify areas of interest on a minute-by-minute basis through apps like Twitter. It's people-driven news.

I've been looking for a nice pair of nude heels for ages too! Whenever I see a pair in the store, the colouring is always either too white or two yellow. These look quite good, I will have to try and find them instore when I go to Melbourne this weekend, and see what they look like on.

Fantastic! I got a pair of selvedges at the beginning of the year. Actually I'm wearing them right this second! They're really comfortable and good quality. One of the best pairs of jeans I've purchased. I can't wait to see the new ones!

I met Rachelle Lefevre from the movie Twilight on the weekend. I happened to be wearing said blue dress at the time. She said it was really funky! I also met Karl Urban from Star Trek, who liked it as well!

Actually, a sales assistant told me that they were old stock, and that they have them in a different (much less flattering) colour now. No fair! I settled for a really cute blue dress instead.

Funnily enough, all of the arguments on the snuggie infomercial are valid ones. I too have wrestled with darn blankets for too long! I refuse, however, to pay $60 + P&H for a blanket with sleeves. (Or two, if I call in the next 10 minutes!)

I just saw the almighty Ped-Egg in Myer for $29.95. It looks so small compared to what they show on television! And a lot cheaper too...
