First of all, how many people actually keep receipts for games for years?  Secondly, they completely ignored my e-mail where I suggested that the problem probably lies with the software (it's kind of obvious with forums and instruments purchased seperately).  Replacing "parts" won't solve anything.  Are they THIS irresponsible?
