Going to try to make it a new trend--going after work kills my whole night. But going before work kills my precious, precious sleep time. It's a very difficult choice. :)

i just had chard for the FIRST TIME this weekend! sautéed with shallots and scallion, then tossed in chick peas and tomatoes, delicious! definitely going to try them thai style, sounds wonderful!

so sucky!! i wish i would have gotten to talk to you that day, not sure why i didn't...? sorry! if it makes you feel any better, when i turned 24 i was in seattle, totally hating it, and the only birthday wishes i got (besides the call from my mom) were from my BANK. that's right, i got a card from all my washington mutual tellers, which was nice, but pretty effing strange. and yeah, that's it. even my dad forgot to call! not a good way to start the year.
anyway, i hope 28 gets better! i have a feeling the second half will be a total blast! miss you!
