hahah! So funny. I love following your blog and love how you are local! I was just on Guff's blog and then I surfed over to your's and I had to do a double-take and see if you were really its buyer! Prince Edward County is truly pretty and quaint! I was just there this past long weekend as well!! You have got to go to Sandbanks Provincial Park to camp and to hit the beach! (Which is what we did this weekend :)) Sandbanks' beaches are PERFECT for the family - the water is clear, and very shallow. The sand is fine and white and very clean. And for day trips around, you should hit up the old town of Bloomfield for home-churned ice cream!

hi! Blanco is great. I say go for the double sink. The true double. Not half sink. I think it's good to have one basin to wash and one to rinse. But that's just me and I'm weird cuz I actually like to wash dishes =P Either way, go for an undermount!

Nice! It'll be like a credenza in your eat-in, I think. Drawers and shelves combo would be very versatile I think. I imagine it to be a spot where you put newspapers, magazines, laptop, for when you want to clear the table for meals. Looking forward to seeing it!

Hi! I love following your blog because you're A) from Toronto, and B) I see myself and my bf in your spot two years from now! Your blog is a great motivator! Anyways, great post. And I have the exact same concerns because I too love love Carrera and Statuario marble. I did recently find out that there is a Quartz that looks/imitates Carrera veins. Have you seen it??
