And by "working" I mean "going to the pub to think about writing, then coming home to clean the oven and vacuum the sofa and scrub the entire kitchen floor with a toothbrush and..."

I'm actually aiming to have the first draft of 'Adrift' (working title) done and with my agent by end November. Wish me luck!

This is exactly how I feel about this book. Exactly. I started it and enjoyed it and suddenly it went downhill rapidly. I ended up having to poke myself in the eye with my thumb to admonish myself for reading such bollocks. Jeez.
