Good luck with that! I filed a claim in 2007 with Cal-Trans due to the same issue. I had repair damage of $3,500. Never saw a single red cent! They sent me a letter back that basically stated, tough cookies and it's the cost of living in California. Save yourself the aggravation, don't bother filing the claim. It took a very long time to even have someone respond with a "no." My car wasn't drivable, brand new and it was at 101S and Capitol. They didn't care and claimed that because no one had previously reported the potholes, that they were not responsible. Total BS!

I have been a Mitsubishi fan since I bought my 2001 Eclipse, brand new. However, when Mitsubishi dropped that model from the lineup, I dropped ever considering Mitsubishi as a serious contender in the Automotive Market.

I have a friend that is an employee for a non-profit. She has a Phd and makes about $14 an hour. The work that she does for our community is far more important than a retail worker or fast food worker. Yes, you can argue that she chose a job that doesn't pay well, but honestly, what low-skill, low-education required job is actually worth $15 per hour? None!

Who says?!!! My family and I have two businesses and we pay our staff/cashiers just above minimum wage to start. Yes, they get raises along the way for performance, seniority, etc. And our business is VERY successful. When we had to hire two new clerks, we had almost 200 applicants for $10/hour.

I too am NO fan of Alexis. I mean NOOOO fan of hers. But I simply couldn't believe how mean Tamara and Heather were to her last night. Heather claims not to be a bully and skirts around the definition of the word "bully", but let's call a spade a spade here, a bully is a bully and both Tamara and Heather clearly fit the definition. They could disengage themselves and just ignore her, but instead the two of them almost wait for Alexis to say almost anything remotely argumentative for them to gang up on her with. It's almost like they get a rise out of it.
